Grade EN 1.4713
Grade EN 1.4713
Material 1.4713, also known as SICROMAL 8, is a high-temperature resistant austenitic stainless steel. Due to its resistance up to approx. 800°C, this material is very often used for applications in hot and chemically aggressive environments, such as those found in heating technology, furnace construction, exhaust gas cleaning, process engineering and other high-temperature applications. In addition, 1.4713 is resistant to oxidising sulphurous gases and carburisation. Due to its composition, the material is sometimes a cost-effective alternative to other heat-resistant materials.
We supply stainless steel 1.4713 from stock as cold-rolled or hot-rolled sheet, round steel, rings, discs, tubes made from sheet or drawing parts according to your specifications.
