Material 1.4539 / 904L is a super austenitic stainless steel with high resistance to numerous organic and inorganic acids. This is due to the high nickel and chromium content of material 1.4539 / 904L in combination with molybdenum and copper. Furthermore, material 1.4539 / 904L is characterized by high resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. Material 1.4539 / 904L has good skin compatibility.
